This Privacy Policy explains how U-Crew Pty Ltd (U-Crew, we, us, our) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use www.u-crew.com.au or interact with the U-Crew Platform. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Platform Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform and related services.

  • We will respond within a reasonable timeframe
  • If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

7. Overseas transfer

We do not transfer your personal information overseas unless:

  • You request it; or
  • It is necessary to provide services (e.g. cloud hosting)

In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected, but we are not responsible for how it is handled overseas.

8. GDPR

Our Platform does not target individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom. Therefore, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not apply.
